The polymer dosing device is made up of several components, including a hopper, push screw, and electric heater. The hopper has an ample volume to accommodate the required dosage for an extended period. It also features sight glasses that allow for monitoring of the material level via a dry powder level meter. The push screw, which is driven by a high-precision reducer, is designed to provide the required dosage accurately. Additionally, an electric heater can be fitted in the discharge pipe of the push screw, which helps prevent the powder from caking.
The Polymer Dissolving Device consists of a pre-soaking device, a tank, and three sets of mixers. The pre-soaking device is designed to infuse and mix the polymer powder beforehand. The three tanks are the precast mixing tank, the homogeneous slaking tank, and the solution storage tank. Each tank has a mixer to ensure homogeneity.
